Most assignments combine several of the components below. For each one, we agree the scope with the client first: which accounts, which locations, what we are authorised to do and how outcomes are reported.
Payment follow-up
We contact customers about payments that are due or recently missed, using the contact details and approach agreed with the client. The aim is simple: the customer knows the payment is due, knows how to pay through the lender’s official channels and has a clear next step. Each response is recorded for the client.
- When clients ask for it
- When accounts have just missed a due date, or when a lender wants additional follow-up on a set of accounts before they move to a later stage.
- What we agree first
- The accounts in scope, permitted contact methods and timings, the lender’s approved payment channels and how responses are reported.
Within the mandate: Customers are directed only to payment channels approved by the lender.
Overdue account follow-up
For accounts that are already overdue, we follow up to understand the customer’s situation and intention to repay. Where the customer raises an issue — a disputed amount, a payment already made, a change in circumstances — it is recorded and referred to the lender.
- When clients ask for it
- When a lender needs consistent follow-up on a portfolio of overdue accounts in agreed locations in Andhra Pradesh.
- What we agree first
- The account allocation, the stage definitions the lender uses, escalation points and the format for referring customer issues.
Within the mandate: Any repayment proposal from a customer remains subject to the lender’s approval.
Repayment commitment follow-up
When a customer commits to a payment date or amount, the commitment is recorded as stated and followed up closer to the date. If the payment does not happen, the outcome and any reason given are reported back to the client.
- When clients ask for it
- Where commitments are being made but not consistently kept, and the lender needs a reliable record of what was promised and what followed.
- What we agree first
- How commitments are recorded, the follow-up approach and how the lender confirms whether a payment has been received.
Within the mandate: Balances, payment receipts and account closure are verified only through the lender’s authorised records.
Recovery assistance
On recovery cases assigned by the client, we support the lender’s recovery process: following up with the customer, recording responses and keeping the lender informed of developments that need a decision.
- When clients ask for it
- When a lender needs local support on accounts it has placed in recovery.
- What we agree first
- The cases assigned, the activities the lender has authorised and the points at which the lender takes over.
Within the mandate: We do not approve settlements, waive amounts, issue legal decisions or change contractual loan terms. These decisions rest with the lender.
Account updates and coordination
Clients need to know what happened on each account and what remains open. Updates cover contact outcomes, commitments made, issues raised by customers and the next action. The format and frequency are agreed at the start of an assignment.
- When clients ask for it
- On every assignment. Updates are how the work is handed back to the client.
- What we agree first
- The update format, how often it is shared, who receives it and the secure channel used to exchange account information.
Within the mandate: Account information is exchanged only through a channel agreed with the client, never through this website.
What stays with the lender
We do not approve settlements, waive amounts, change loan terms or issue legal decisions. Balances, payment receipts and account closure are confirmed only through the lender’s authorised records. Customer requests on these matters are recorded and referred to the lender.
